1. Domestic Shipping Only (United Kingdom)

  • We currently ship exclusively to addresses within the United Kingdom.

  • International shipping is not available on our main website platform at this time.

2. Processing and Dispatch Times

  • All orders are carefully packaged and dispatched within 1-2 business days.

  • Orders are not processed, shipped, or delivered on Sundays or bank holidays.

  • If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. If there is a significant delay in the shipment of your order, we will contact you immediately via email.

3. Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates

  • Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.

  • All orders are sent via reliable carrier services (such as Royal Mail Tracked) to ensure your unique pieces arrive safely and can be monitored every step of the way.

4. Shipment Confirmation & Order Tracking

  • You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email once your order has shipped, containing your tracking number(s).

  • The tracking number will become active within 24 hours of dispatch.

5. Premium Presentation & Vintage Jewellery Boxes

  • Every single item is securely wrapped to arrive in pristine condition.

  • To elevate your purchase or gift presentation, we also source and sell authentic vintage jewellery boxes separately in our shop. If you would like to acquire a historic box to accompany your piece, please browse our available selection or get in touch.
